Celtina K. Reinert, PharmD, is a pharmacist specialized dietary supplement and health recommendations with a focus on patient care.  She serves patients who are interested in their health and want to use integrative therapies to optimize their well-being. 

Dr. Reinert received her doctor of pharmacy from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Pharmacy in 2006.  She completed a two year fellowship in Natural Product Information and Research with the UMKC School of Pharmacy Drug Information Center.  This fellowship provided extensive training in dietary supplements and natural products and also gave Dr. Reinert the skills to objectively evaluate the safety and efficacy of dietary supplements based on the available evidence. 

Dr. Reinert offers consultations for dietary supplement recommendations, prescription medication consulting including interactions and adverse events profiles.  She also offers the FirstLine Therapy™ program by Metagenics to patients with symptoms of metabolic syndrome including high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes and obesity. 

Practicing at Sastun Center of Integrative Health Care instead of behind a pharmacy counter allows Dr. Reinert to provide private consultations focused around a patient’s needs and questions regarding dietary supplements and pharmaceutical therapies.  It also provides the opportunity for extensive consultations as well as adequate follow-up in order to achieve a high quality of patient care. 

Dr. Reinert is a licensed pharmacist in both Missouri and Kansas.
