Cynthia Chamberlain, DiplAc, DiplCH Cindy
has been a practitioner of Chinese Medicine since 1996. She completed
a 4,000-hour apprenticeship program under the tutelage of Joseph Thomas
PhD, DiplAc. Her primary method of treatment is the Balance System of
acupuncture from Dr. Richard Teh-Fu Tan. In addition, she has advanced
training in the pulse diagnosis system and herbal treatment strategies
of Dr. Zhang Wei-Yin of Los Angeles, California. She has studied various
martial arts including T’ai Qi Quan and Qi Gong for many years
and is a certified Instructor of Da Dao Chan Gong qi gong. She is certified
by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental
Medicine (NCCAOM) in acupuncture and Chinese Herbology. Stressing an
ongoing emphasis on continuing education, Cindy provides constant innovation
and insight to the Chinese Medicine Department at Sastun. For
